…la-la-la-la…

Via ComingSoon.net, who reports that the movie will be opening in theaters December 17th, 2010. Clever. Now the people who go to see it can be as blue as the characters on the screen.

I’m actually sort of looking forward to this, thanks to opening myself up to some old childhood favorites.

Or at least, I was. Turns out that it’s being directed by one Raja Gosnell. And not to call him a bad director or anything; the truth is, I don’t know. Of his directorial resume, I’ve seen part of one of the Scooby-Doo movies, and I’m not even sure which it was (I think it was the one with Scott McNeil). And for the most part, I think it’s because I heard that the majority weren’t very good.

On the other hand, he has some nice picks from his resume as an editor, but then, that’s not what he’s doing here, is it?

Oh well, time will tell. Lucky for me, I have incredibly low standards when it comes to movies.
