Retronauts Episode 786: Retrogame Dreamscapes

If you follow both of my sites, you might have noticed that I’ve made a couple of appearances on the Retronauts podcast to talk about Mega Man games. Well, as it turns out, I’ve also made a few appearances there to talk about games and topics unrelated to Mega Man as well, including NARC, games journalism, and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.

I just haven’t done a good job talking about it in this space.

But that all changes today! Because I’m here to tell you about my latest appearance there to talk with my lovely wife Nadia about dreamscapes in games!

That, of course, means Super Mario Bros. 2 (which I can clearly talk about indefinitely), but that’s far from the only one, oh no no no!

We’ve got Little Nemo: The Dream Master, we’ve got NiGHTS Into Dreams, we’ve got The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, we’ve got The Land of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse, and we’ve got so much more!
