Nadia & David Ruin Video Games – Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection

Even decades later, the chaos continues.

This time out, we’re going back to the prehistoric past. That’s right, we’re going back to the early ’90s, when Jurassic Park was king of the box office and merchandising world!

Nadia loves dinosaurs, but she’s never played any of these games before. Meanwhile, I grew up on these. Well, some of them: I rented the Super Nintendo Entertainment System game (might have eventually come to own it?) and its sequel (which I definitely own), and played the SEGA Genesis one at friends’ houses, arguing all the while over the SNES one being superior. The NES and Game Boy titles, I read about in Nintendo Power magazine, and Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition? Well, I’ve always been a little curious about that one.

And in the case of every one I’ve played? It’s been a long time. Not quite 65 million years, but close enough.

It’s a fun mix of “new to me” and familiar this time around, as we pass the controller back and forth.

So join us, shall you?

Not sure what we’re doing next for “Nadia & David Ruin Video Games,” but we have a few ideas.

But the next time we come at you, probably in about two weeks, we’re bringing the “Mega Man Mayhem” once again, as we seek to finish out Mega Man 9.

To keep abreast of new and upcoming livestreams, we usually announce them about a day ahead of time on Twitter and Bluesky!

You can find our past livestreams over on the Nyteworks YouTube channel, where we’ve played all sorts of things, ranging from numerous episodes of Super Mario RPG for Nintendo Switch to Sonic x Shadow Generations (including the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie DLC), Little Kitty, Big City, Contra: Operation Galuga, our annual Castlevania marathons, and so, so much more!

Plus, all our Mega Man-related streams can be found on The Mega Man Network’s YouTube channel!

If you like what we’re doing, please consider chipping in a few bucks our way on Patreon, Ko-fi, or even just something via PayPal. Maybe then we can do something about our current seating situation, and get something that allows Nadia to play longer and/or more frequently! Every little bit helps!
